The BulkPoint weekly cash giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a game of chance. Buying from BulkPoint, spending more, or placing more orders does not affect your chances of being selected in any way. By entering, you accept these Official Rules, which form a binding agreement between you and the Sponsor.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void in Puerto Rico, all other US territories and possessions, and anywhere else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members of and anyone living in the same household as any of them, are not eligible to enter or win.
One entry per email address per Entry Period. Entries submitted through any automated means, script, bot, or service that generates entries on your behalf are void, and the Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has used them.
Entry is free. You do not need a BulkPoint account, and you do not need to buy anything.

Entry Periods

The Giveaway runs in consecutive weekly entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period begins Monday at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends the following Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The Giveaway continues in weekly Entry Periods until the Sponsor publishes notice of its conclusion on this page.

An entry is assigned to the Entry Period during which the Sponsor actually receives it. The Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway. Entries received outside an Entry Period, or after the Giveaway concludes, are not eligible.

How to Enter

Enter your email address in the Giveaway entry form on bulkpoint.com and submit it. That is the only entry method. Your entry is complete when the form confirms it; the Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason, including technical failures of any kind.

Entering also subscribes the address you submit to BulkPoint marketing email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, and unsubscribing after you enter does not withdraw or invalidate an entry you have already submitted.

Prize

One (1) prize of one thousand United States dollars (US $1,000) in cash is available per Entry Period. The approximate retail value of the prize is US $1,000. The prize is awarded in cash by a payment method of the Sponsor’s choosing.

Limit one prize per person and one prize per household per Entry Period.
The prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is available, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
All costs and expenses not expressly listed here as part of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Winner Selection and Notification

For each Entry Period, the Sponsor selects one potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor within seven (7) days after the Entry Period closes, and the Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding.

The potential winner is notified by email at the address submitted with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond to that notification within seven (7) days and, where the Sponsor requests it, return a completed affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and IRS Form W-9 within ten (10) days.
Failing to respond in time, an undeliverable notification, ineligibility, or refusing to return a requested document forfeits the prize, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.
If no eligible winner can be confirmed for an Entry Period, the Sponsor is not obliged to award that prize.

Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is reportable income. Where the law requires it, the Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099, and the Sponsor may withhold payment until the winner provides a completed Form W-9.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize is your consent for the Sponsor to use your first name, last initial and state of residence for the purpose of announcing the winner, without further compensation or approval. The Sponsor will not publish your full email address.

Privacy

The email address you submit is used to administer the Giveaway, to contact you if you are selected, and to send you BulkPoint marketing email until you unsubscribe. The Sponsor does not sell entrant email addresses.

Release of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of your entry, your participation in the Giveaway, or your acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except where that release is not permitted by law.

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or end the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the Giveaway. If the Sponsor does so, it may award the prize for the affected Entry Period in a random drawing from the eligible entries received before the cause arose.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules, and any dispute arising out of the Giveaway, are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved individually and that you waive any right to have it heard as a class action. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Requesting a Winners List

To request the name of a winner for a given Entry Period, email support@bulkpoint.com with the subject line “Giveaway Winners List” and the dates of the Entry Period, within ninety (90) days after that Entry Period closes. The Sponsor will provide the first name, last initial and state of residence of that Entry Period’s confirmed winner.
